Shanna brings over 20 years of experience in customer service and client communications, including work in both inbound and outbound answering services. For the past five years, she has worked in a professional answering service environment supporting businesses by managing customer inquiries and maintaining consistent communication.

Her background includes sales, marketing, photography, and graphic design, giving her a strong understanding of what captures attention and drives engagement online. Having worked in the music industry, she developed valuable experience in brand promotion and audience connection.

With formal training in Office Administration and as a mother of three, organization, time management, and calendar coordination are second nature. Through Flawless Answer, Shanna combines these skills to help businesses stay responsive, organized, and professional.

How quickly are messages responded to? +
We aim to respond to all incoming inquiries within one business day, excluding weekends and statutory holidays unless otherwise arranged in your service agreement.
Will responses match my brand voice? +
Absolutely. During onboarding, we review your common customer questions, brand tone, and communication style to ensure every response reflects your unique brand voice. Our goal is to be a seamless extension of your brand.
Is there a minimum contract commitment? +
Yes, services are provided with a minimum three-month commitment. This allows sufficient time to properly implement and deliver communication support services. After the initial period, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
What is the Founding Client program? +
As we prepare for full launch, a limited number of founding clients are being accepted. Founding clients receive waived onboarding fees, priority message handling, early access to service improvements, and direct communication access for operational adjustments.
